Groups are conversations with several participants: people and agents together. Like a
messenger group, except the participants can be your AI employees, and a message is addressed
to the right one by @mention — the same in-group routing as on
other channels.
Set a name and add participants — agents and, if needed, people.
The group Conversation opens; @-mention an agent to address a message
to it.
Group info
The info screen shows the roster, member roles and actions (rename, add/remove a member, leave
or archive). Appearance options live on the
Chat settings screen.
How it works
In a group several agents don’t all reply at once: a message goes to the one you mentioned, or
to whoever it is addressed to by the instance’s routing rules. Each agent keeps its own memory
and permissions.
