Subscription management

v1.1.x · updated 2026-07-10

The subscription-management screen lets you turn auto-renewal on and off, cancel the subscription and go to plan change. All actions apply to your own subscription.

Subscription renewal

The auto-renewal toggle on the dashboard turns recurring charges on or off. While auto-renewal is on, the subscription renews automatically for the next period at the charge date.

Cancellation

Cancelling stops auto-renewal, but the instance keeps running until the end of the paid period. After cancellation the dashboard shows “Auto-renewal off / assistant runs until the end of the period”.

Recurring charges

On a successful charge the period advances and the failed-attempts counter resets. On a decline, retries run with backoff; after the attempts are exhausted the subscription moves to past_due — a payment warning appears on the dashboard.

How to change your plan, step by step

  1. Open the instance dashboard and go to plan change.
  2. Pick a new plan and, if needed, a period (monthly/yearly).
  3. Confirm the change in the modal. What you’ll see: on a running instance a “Changing plan” service phase appears, then the license is re-issued and the card shows the new plan.

Where to find the invoice and act

Invoices (С-YYYY-NNNN) and acts (А-YYYY-NNNN) live on the “Documents” screen: each row has a number, kind, date, amount and a button to download an A4 PDF. The invoice is created when a payment is created, the act (transfer of rights) when it settles; the invoice carries an SBP QR code for paying from a banking app. Details: Documents and consents.

Plan change

Plans are changed right from the portal: pick the new plan (and, if needed, the monthly/yearly period) and confirm the change in a modal. The existing subscription is re-tiered in place — no need to re-order:

  • on a running instance a background resize starts (the dashboard shows the “Changing plan” service phase), after which the license is re-issued;
  • if the instance is still provisioning, the plan changes immediately on the billing side;
  • a “same plan and period” request is rejected with a clear error; a canceled or expired subscription cannot be revived by a plan change — place a new order instead.

For plan differences see Plans and Licensing.

If it didn’t work

  • Plan change rejected — a “same plan and period” request is not accepted; pick a different plan or period.
  • Can’t change plan on a canceled/expired subscription — it can’t be revived by a plan change; place a new order instead.
  • Subscription moved to past_due — a recurring charge failed; a payment warning appears on the dashboard. Check the card and retry payment.

Tip

To stop the next charge but keep working until the paid period ends, cancel renewal from this screen and confirm that auto-renewal is off.
