Ideas and support

v1.0.x · updated 2026-07-27

Use Ideas for product suggestions that may be useful to other customers. Use Support when you need help with your account, payment, subscription or instance. Do not publish passwords, secret keys or personal data in either form.

Submit an idea

  1. Open Ideas → My ideas and choose Create idea.
  2. Give the suggestion a specific title and describe the problem, who faces it and the expected result.
  3. Add only files that help explain the request and confirm that the intended files are attached.
  4. Submit the idea and open its page to confirm that it appears in your list.

The status shows what happens next: a new idea can be reviewed, planned, completed or rejected. A rejection or moderation decision may include a reason.

Browse, vote and discuss

The public tab contains suggestions that passed moderation. Use the search, status filters and sorting controls, then move through the bounded result pages before creating a duplicate. Changing a filter starts again from the first page.

Open an idea to read its description and discussion. Older messages load in pages without losing the newest replies. Every comment shows a customer-safe author label and time. You can add or remove your vote, reply in the comment thread and attach up to the limits shown by the form. Previewable attachments open in the protected viewer; other files remain download-only. A vote indicates interest; it is not a promised release date.

An idea you own can be canceled while it is new or under review. Use Cancel idea, read the confirmation and confirm only when you no longer want it considered. Completed, rejected, already canceled and public discussions are read-only where the screen says so.

Create a support ticket

  1. Open Support and choose New ticket.
  2. Enter a clear subject.
  3. In the message, state what you were doing, what you expected, what appeared instead and when it happened.
  4. Attach a screenshot or document if it is safe to share, then send.
  5. Keep the conversation in the same ticket so the full context remains together.

The ticket list supports search, status filtering, sorting and bounded pages. The detail page shows status and replies, and loads older messages in pages. Previewable attachments open in the protected viewer; other files remain download-only.

On Community, existing tickets remain visible. You can continue an open conversation when the ticket allows replies, but the new-ticket form is hidden when creating support requests is unavailable. A closed ticket remains available for reference; create a new ticket for a different problem when the form is available.

Useful diagnostic details

Include the visible instance address, approximate time, screen name, payment amount or document number when relevant. Never include a full bank-card number, password, recovery code, API key or unmasked token.

If submission fails

  • Remove an unsupported or oversized attachment and try again.
  • Keep the title short and put the full explanation in the description.
  • If the connection was interrupted, check your list before resubmitting so you do not create a duplicate.
  • If support is unavailable on the current plan, the screen explains the available contact or plan option; Ideas remains the place for suggestions.
